In July 2003, the establishment of Sichuan Hope Deepblue Power Co., Ltd. marked the official entry of Continental Hope Group into the energy and chemical industry.

In 2004, it acquired Mao County Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Mao County Water Supply Co., Ltd. and established Sichuan Hope Hydropower Development Co., Ltd;

In 2004, Sichuan Hope Huaxi Construction Engineering General Contracting Co., Ltd. Mao County Branch was established ;

In 2004, Sichuan Hope Deepblue Power Co., Ltd. formally changed its name to Sichuan Hope Deepblue Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd.

In 2007, Sichuan Hope Diexi-Songping Tourism and Culture Industry Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2007, Mao County Serugou Power Station was completed and put into operation.

In 2008, the Chibuzhai Power Station in Mao County was completed and put into operation;

In 2008, Sichuan Hope Electric Salt Industry Co., Ltd. (Maoxian Salt Chemical) was successfully completed and put into operation.

In 2009, Dazhaizi Power Station in Mao County was completed;

In 2009, the second phase of Mao County Salt Chemical Project of Hope Deepblue Chemical Industry was successfully completed and put into production, and won the "Outstanding Contribution Award" of China Chemical Industry Association of Inorganic Acid and Alkali Salt Industry Association.

In June 2012, Sichuan Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2012, Hope Deepblue Chemical Sodium Chlorate Production Tail Line System Technical Improvement Project was officially completed.

In 2013, Diexi-Songping Valley Scenic Spot of Diexi-Songping Tourism and Culture Industry Co., Ltd. passed the inspection and acceptance, and became an AAAA level national tourism scenic spot;

In 2013, Hope Deepblue Chemical completed the construction of the largest single capacity sodium chlorate drying plant in China and put it into production.

In 2015, Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. completed the first production line equipment installation, debugging work and put into production;

In 2018, Diexi-Songping Valley scenic spot became a provincial ecotourism demonstration area

In 2019, Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. started the single machine production of large gemstones by lifting method, which further enriched the product line.

In 2021, Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. completed the construction of the Gemstone Art and Culture Centre in Diexi Gemstone Town and started its operation;

In 2021, Sichuan Hope Diexi-Songping Business Management Co., Ltd. was established, completed the renovation of Treasure in the Clouds Homeland Resort, and started trial operation in September.

In 2022, Sichuan Hope Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. was awarded "Green Factory".

In 2023, Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. successfully declared and passed the examination and approval of "High and New Technology Enterprise" and "New and Specialised" Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Sichuan Province".

In 2023, Diexi-Songping Commercial Management "Chanlingchong Town" project was awarded as the demonstration project of cultural tourism integration in Sichuan Province;

In 2023, Lanzhou Taibang Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. joined the Energy and Chemical Division of Hope Group;

In 2023, Hope Sapphire Gemstone Technology Co., Ltd. was selected as the provincial industrial tourism demonstration base.
