Energy industry is the middle and upper reaches of the green circular economy industry chain created by Energy and Chemical Division, which develops the hydropower resources in Chibusu area in Mao County, Aba Prefecture, and owns a stable energy supply, and integrates and improves the power grid and electric power resources in Mao County, Aba Prefecture, and ensures the quality of the energy supply. It owns four companies: local power grid--Mao County Electric Power Company, local water grid--Mao County Water Company, power generation enterprise--Sichuan Hope Hydropower Development Company, engineering construction -Mao County Engineering Company.

Chemical Industry is the downstream industry of Energy and Chemical Division to build a green circular economy industry chain, which has a sodium chlorate production base, gemstone production base and sales company, and sodium chlorate products widely used in pulp, water treatment, perchlorate, electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries; gemstone products are used in precision gemstone components, watch mirrors, optical windows, special abrasives and jewellery decoration and other industries. The "Hope Deepblue" sodium chlorate products have passed the IS09001:2015 quality certification, the enterprise has advanced equipment, strict management, and the product quality has reached the national standard of I-type superior indicators, and its technical leader is one of the five-member expert group of the inorganic salt industry of the Chinese Society of Chemical Industry. The products sell well both at home and abroad, and we have established long-term cooperative relationship with Double A of Thailand, APP of Indonesia, and Prince Paper of Japan.

The gemstone production base independently researches and develops the intelligent production system of flame fusion method, obtains 9 patents for the use of equipment and 1 patent for the production of coloured gemstones, and owns the production scale of synthesized gemstones by flame fusion method with an annual output of 300 tons.

Hope Sapphire - a brand in the domestic and international decorative and industrial ruby and sapphire materials industry, with products used in jewellery accessories, industrial window materials, precision instruments, meters and other special manufacturing fields. It has a national flame fusion red and sapphire production base with an annual output of 300 tonnes. Treasure in the Clouds is an independent jewellery brand that relies on Hope Sapphire's factory direct sales of raw gemstones, and uses hydrogen-oxygen green energy technology to simulate the evolution of natural gemstones over millions of years in a zero-pollution environment, which guarantees the visual effect of the gemstones and the safety of wearing them. Drawing on the ancient Shu civilisation and Qiang cultural heritage, the design is based on the new Chinese aesthetics as the core design tone. Cultural Tourism Industry is the Energy and Chemical Division in Aba Prefecture Mao County relying on the national AAAA level tourist attractions "Diexi-Songping Valley" and "Diexi - Chancong Gemstone Cultural Tourism Town", to create a national Qiang cultural tourism. The site integrates mountain tourism, rural leisure, Qiang culture exploration, recreation and holiday, special tourism, historical relics, earthquake culture, red culture and gemstone culture, and forms a large-scale and characteristic ecological climate, recreation and leisure holiday tourism highland in Northwest Sichuan.
