The gemstone industry has the country's largest cultivation of gemstone production base and professional fashion design team, with exquisite craftsmanship to reflect the aesthetic value of each gemstone, fashion jewellery to carry the humanities inheritance, and its brands include "REINA MORA", "Treasure in the Clouds".

Sichuan Province region: It is the downstream industry of the Energy and Chemical Division to build a green circular economy industry chain, with a sodium chlorate production base, gemstone production base and sales company.

Gansu Province region: It is a new merger and acquisition industry in the Energy and Chemical Division, adhering to the concept of circular economy and clean production, and is a science and technology-based chemical enterprise dedicated to the efficient development and comprehensive utilisation of salt resources. It has a technical research and development team led by Academician Wang Shuangfei of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, whose research and development achievements in the industry have won the Second Prize of National Technical Invention in 2019, which is the highest award in the industry, and holds 6 national invention patents and utility model proprietary technologies related to the production and manufacturing of sodium chlorate, potassium perchlorate, hydrogen peroxide, and so on. It owns "Taibang Chemical" company-level commercial brand, "Jincheng" sodium chlorate and potassium perchlorate product brand, and "Wanchuan" hydrogen peroxide product brand.

Tourism and Culture Industry is the Energy and Chemical Industry Division in Aba County, relying on the national AAAA level tourist attractions "Diexi - Songping Valley" and "Diexi - Silkworm Gemstone Cultural Tourism Town", to build the national Qiang cultural tourism.
