It was recently announced by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology that Sichuan Hope Hydropower Development Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hope Hydropower") was included in the list and won the "Green Factory". It marks a new step in green manufacturing of the company, and also represents that it will continue to promote the construction of green factory in terms of green, ecology and development.

Green factory refers to a new type of factory which realises land saving, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resourcefulness and low-carbon energy. Since the establishment of Hope Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. in 2004, it has always insisted on taking the road of sustainable development in construction and development, and constructed a complete set of green manufacturing system by recycling water, parsing water and reusing waste water and waste residue generated from waste water, waste gas and waste residue produced in the production of industrial sodium chlorate, and by utilising the energy comprehensively and realising zero emission.

In the next step, Hope Hydropower Development Company will continue to focus on the "green factory" construction requirements, continue to build a safe and efficient, environmentally clean, energy-saving and low-carbon green manufacturing system, to empower the construction of the energy and chemical green industry chain, and make unremitting efforts for the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategic goal.
